To provide you with peace of mind while shopping, we offer returns within 30 days of placing your order. If you need to return an item within this period, the refund will be processed after the arrival of the package, minus an $8 handling fee. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or as store credit.
To initiate a return, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “RETURN ORDER”. We will provide you with a shipping label. Note that you will not be reimbursed for the shipping cost, and Vibevista is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Merchandise eligible for return must be:
New, unused, and in original condition;
Including all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange. Tags must not be cut or removed from the bag.
Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or number).
All loose components like the crossbody strap must be included in the packaging. No straps = no refunds.
The dust cover is NOT a shipping bag.
The order must be shipped in a box.
All barcodes should be intact if possible.
Used items are not eligible for return and will be returned to the sender.
If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturer's defect, please contact our customer service immediately with:
A picture of the damage.
An order number/address/full name.
With this information, we can open a damage report with our manufacturer and process a full refund or reshipment, no questions asked.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping for Returns
We will provide you with a pre-paid return label. Once your order has passed inspection, we will process the refund minus a $8 handling and inspection fee. This policy is in place to manage unnecessary returns effectively.
